Hyborian Raiders by SOLIDToM Hyborian Raiders by SOLIDToM
Here's a group shot of our current Rolemaster/Hyborian Age campaign party of PCs.

From left right: Skarr, Zingaran Pirate; Lord Diego Velasquez y Montoya y Chavez, Zingaran Noble; Bjornir Haraldsen the Barbarian; Kutamun of Khemri, Stygian Scholar/Warlock; Gyula of the Maul, Zamorian Thief.

Please note I took heavily inspiration for the two figures of Bjornir from fellow Rubus and his Dankar MacRoth drawing and for Kutamun from Sajan, iconic Pathfinder RPG monk from Wayne Reynolds. No copyright infringement intended, only a homage to these two talented artists.

Yeah, i know his works. He was so good that he even inspired Salvador Dali.

So, you named a character after him

Oh, a player o' mine did. I think subconsciously however. And, the spelling is a little different (Velasquez vs. Velazquez). Oh, and he attached so many nobiliar surnames to the main name ("y Chavez y Montoya y blah blah blah")

:)

Well, guess it's fitting. So many Hyborian age places and entities named after real life places/ethnic groups/things.

Anyway, good stuff, i'd love to see you make more of those.

I love those, they highly remind me of Wayne Reynolds' art.
One question, though: wasn't Diego Velasquez a really famous spanish artist? :P
